Main responsibilities:

  • the organisation of allocated section
  • preparation and presentation of required brand standard menu items and bespoke event items.
  • ensure adherence with Health and Safety regulations and company requirements including record keeping and HACCP standards.
  • maintain a good level of communication within and outwith the team to ensure a good overall contribution toward the hotel objectives.
